TOKYO, Japan - People demonstrate against nuclear power plants around JR Koenji Station in Tokyo's Suginami Ward on April 10, 2011, amid the prolonged crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station some 220 kilometers to the northeast.
